The ticket line is now open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and will also open 10am to 3pm on Saturday from the 16th August.

The majority of the Festival's major events are now on this site, but there are still details to be added especially about the Taste Workshops and Demonstrations. Please keep coming back to the site for updates.

Yorkshire’s historic market place: York's Food and Drink Festival is set in and around the City’s many unique historic venues. The City is also an excellent touring base for gastronomic tours of the region.- (Gourmet Yorkshire).

York Food and Drink Festival is a 'not for profit' organisation. Our main focus is local and regional food and drink.

Our theme this year is Better Food, Less Waste, apart from educating your palate, we will inspire you with ideas of ways to cut down on waste food and packaging.

The Festival's educational programme runs alongside the Parliament Street market place and in the Guildhall.  It is created for both the public and for schools.
