Traditionally York Food Festival has had a day dedicated to the Industry, which has included a series of demonstrations by chefs for chefs. However many memebrs of the public have been interested and wanted to attend. By special request therefore, our Chef's Produce day this year is open to industry and public alike.
Four Chefs have been invited to attend and they inturn have been asked to bring with them one of their own suppliers. Other regional producers have been invited to attend so that you can browse the many quality ingredients that they sell.
