  Nothing to be sad about! A chance to taste some of the finest artisan blue (and green) cheeses that Great Britain has to offer. Compare a handmade with a factory made stilton, try a Scottish blue and get some tips on how to enjoy these cheeses at their best.
           
                 
12pm   Tea Tasting with La Place Verte       Parliament Street    
    Hans, of La Place Verte, a provider of Belgian specialities and coffee house, will talk you through a range of teas to tickle your taste buds. A refreshing start to your lunch hour.            
                 
1pm   Rob Marshall - A banquet from your bits!       Parliament Street    
    Leftovers from the the fridge and things you would normally throw out or give to the dog can make a first class classic dish to impress your friends.

3pm   Rudding Park Demo       Parliament Street    
    Dan Birk –Sous chef in the Clocktower Restaurant at Rudding Park and f ormer York food festival young chef of the year has worked at Winteringham fields and Clivden. Dan returned back to Rudding Park to help run Rudding Park’s flagship restaurant.
Dan lets his imagination run riot with our amazing Yorkshire produce.
